I began dreaming of traveling to Mongolia over a decade ago, mesmerized by how the country was described in literature and other media. Finally, in 2020 I planned a trip to the capital but prior to my departure everything came to a halt due to COVID. In the subsequent two years my life changed substantially, priorities shifted, and time became more precious. Now with a different degree of focus I’m thrilled to announce that not only is my trip to Mongolia back on but this time I will be going to raise money for a cause I wholeheartedly support and ask your consideration to support as well.

At my core I am driven by a passion for riding, thrill, connecting with people and experiencing new places. The Gobi Gallop offers an opportunity to embrace each one of the above while supporting The Veloo Foundation, a phenomenal charity that improves the lives of children and families in need within the Ulaanchuuluut area.
I love to travel, so whenever I’m presented with the chance to explore, I seek to embrace the privilege wholeheartedly. That being said, I grew-up in Michigan and am unquestionably a Midwesterner. It was in Michigan that I learned to ride, competed in my first show, and met a community that to this day provide me with endless joy. |
