WHAT WE DO!

We are a registered 501 (c) 3 Not for Profit in the US and a registered Canadian charity. Our mission is to help orphans and other similarly disadvantaged children in the developing world. In Mongolia we run Narnii Huuhduud Kindergarten (Children of the Peak) 1&2, Soaring Crane Summer Camp and the Gandys Community Library for the Ulaanchuluut community.

1st Session of "Happy Children" Workshop

WHAT'S NEW!​

The academic year 2023/24 has finally started! It was a great pleasure to see many happy faces at the opening ceremony. With children running and playing it felt as if our kindergartens have came back to life. 

This year we welcomed a hundred new children at our both kindergartens. Sixty at 1st kindergarten and forty at 2nd kindergarten and and overall we have two hundred ninety five children at our care thanks to our continued support and assistance of donors, supporters and freelancers!!! 

As for summer activity our brand new Gandy's community library was fully functioning and provided the children and adults of the Ulaanchuluut community with a place for learning. We held multiple different classes and workshops, everyone was also welcomed to just come in and read a book or brows the internet. We are very grateful to our donors for making this library a gem of the community!

Upcoming Event: Gobi Gallop Gala 2024, Cowboy Boots & Bow Ties

To celebrate and welcome the intrepid riders of the Gobi Gallop, the biggest annual charity horseback ride on the planet and the primary fundraiser for the Veloo Foundation, the Gobi Gallop Gala has been organized since 2015 in Ulaanbaatar.  This top-notch event is highly anticipated among Veloo Foundation friends and supporters, but open to anyone who wants to be a part of of us making difference in the lives of children.  
This year, we're bringing the spirit of the Wild West to Mongolia with a cocktail hour filled with country fair fun games, exceptional dining experience, country music-artists and other performances. All proceeds from the event will stay in Mongolia and are used to support Veloo Foundation projects for Mongolian children and families in need.
