Introducing the Gandys Kids Campus
Community Library
We are please to announce that with the unflagging support of Gandys Foundation and Rio Tinto along with generous contributions from IWAM and Sandvik we are nearing completion of our community library.
The library is going to be life changing for our community. Featuring a Children's section, Computer & Internet access, general fiction and non fiction collections, a handicap accessible bathroom and an open meeting space for seminars, clubs and community organizations, the Gandys Kids Campus Community Library is set to be the tool that not only supports academic success for children of all ages but provides opportunities for everyone in the community to learn, grow and move forward with a productive, safe and happy life.
Recently our volunteers came up to help us get our community gardening space, STEM education centre, Children's Reading Nook and Book Collections in order.
We are just waiting for permission from the Mongolian Government to move forward with our grand opening!
