I am so looking forward to going back to Mongolia to join the 2023 Gobi Gallop!  700 kms in 10 days of riding is going to be an epic challenge for me and all of it to support the Children!

My trips horse trekking through outer Mongolia last May AND the previous July were two of the most incredible experiences of my life. An opportunity to repeat it and raise money for the kindergarten absolutely floats my boat. The ride was challenging in all elements. The weather, sitting on that horse for 8 hours!!! But the rewards were over the top. The friendships developed will last a lifetime. My family frankly was surprised when I decided to return to repeat my ride. My son thought it was a bucket list item and now had been crossed off. I told him no. I must return!

The reason why this ride matters!

 Seeing these children  and hundreds of others like them safe and warm at the Children of the Peak Sanctuary and NOT out in the cold scavenging to survive is what motivates me to keep on.
